Pneumatic multi-spring actuators, with robust construction and integrated explosion protection, are characterized by short actuating times, optimized actuating forces, and reliable tight sealing. ECOTROL® control valves are also available with electric or electrohydraulic actuators. Also control valves are equipped with a multifunctional interface with the controller or process control system and operate as standard with 4-20 mA. HART, Profibus (PA), and Foundation Fieldbus, for example, are used to establish a digital interface with bi-directional data exchange (including status messages). | The ARCAPRO® digital positioner is a multi-functional interface with integrated bus support for the controller or process control system. Double-seated Control and ON/OFF valves

Double-seated valves are suitable for pretentions and versatile control applications. For instance in power stations, on board of ships, in steel mills and general process control they have proven their reliability for years. |
The classical double-seat construction is largely pressure balanced. The low force requirement and a short stroke allow the application of small, low-cost actuators. In the modular part system of control valves we can combine the valves with diaphragm, piston, hydraulic or electric actuators. All double-seated valves have a four-flange body. The double-shaft guiding grants, also with difficult operating conditions, a high and solid reliability. |

Three-way valves
| In all thermodynamic processes ARCA three-way valves are applied, for example in cooling systems for motor ships, in heating and cooling systems for chipped wood and plate pressing, vulcanising and other presses, in high pressure applications for transferring-, compressing- and pre-heating stations as well as in overheating processes in power stations. Furthermore ARCA three-way valves are applied in gas-pipeline-systems. |
For extremely short on/off cycles in the cooling spray lines of wire rolling mills we developed these three-way on/off valves. Angular type valves
| The angular valves of the series are part of the well proven ARCA valve modular parts system. In case of difficult working conditions and sonic relevant applications it is often recommended to use angular valves, because the flow of the medium is turned only once by 90°, contrary to single or double seated valves. |
