Spring valves

The valves with point springs are designed for reciprocating compressors. with a shaft speed up to 750 rev / min. and a pressure difference of up to 8 MPa. Working temperature of product from -120 º C up to + 180 º C. The locking elements of valve(rings) are made of polymers. Polymers have high impact strength, resistance to abrasion from solid particles and aggressive influence of the working environment.
The spherical shape of the working surface of the locking rings reduces the turbulence of the gas flow, which increases the performance of the valve. All the characteristics of polymer rings provide increased reliability of the valve when dealing with contaminated gases.
Springs, damping plate and locking plate are made of stainless steel. The springs have a improved dynamic characteristics.They have a special coating resistant to corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement.
